The GX – 1.0 surfboard is a big wave design model for use in 4 to 12 foot swell great for use on beach breaks, points and reefs. Due to the nature of the big waves required for this board to shine, the skill level of this board is targeted for advanced surfers. A little less concave and a small amount of “vee” is a good combination in this design to enhance your turning ability while retaining plenty of speed and drive. More often the choice of surfboard surfed by the traveling surfer to places like Indonesia, Hawaii, Fiji and the South Pacific and the known big wave spots in Australia.
