The FX – 3.0 Rocket surfboard model is ideal for use in 1 to 4 foot swell where you can take this model out for a session at a beach break, point or reef. Skill level is suitable for a learner through to advanced surfer. The FX – 3.0 Rocket has an off the top snap that feels like a rounded square but then the carve of a swallow that allows for nice figure eight cutbacks. The paddle power is the major benefit with more area forward, you have a more forward paddle trim position which helps to pick off waves that don’t always let you in so you can set up early for a better ride. This model features the single to double concave where it can surprise you by allowing you to surf a bit larger waves than what is recommended for this model.
